We are located in the beautiful Canary Islands, Spain, Europe. We love to create our handcrafted pottery pieces in this inspiring environment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free international shipping.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, or simply does not arrive, we will refund the amount paid ;)

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we accept returns. However, since we are a small studio, we cannot cover the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for these expenses. Returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we accept custom orders. If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to contact us and we will work with you to create the perfect pottery piece.

What is the delivery time for orders?

The delivery time varies depending on the product and the place of shipment. Generally, in-stock products are prepared in 2-4 working days. Once shipped, they usually take an average of 10-15 days to arrive.

Yes, all our products are made with safe and non-toxic materials. We use lead-free enamels and other materials that comply with food safety regulations.
